Wallace PVC Vaginal Pessary Rings - Various Sizes - For Urinary Incontinence in Women
A vaginal pessary ring is a ring device that is inserted into the vagina to support its internal structure.
It is used in women to help deal with urinary incontinence caused by the vagina or another organ in the pelvis slipping out of place
The rings themselves are available without prescription but would be installed by your GP in the surgery who will also tell you which size to order.
Phthalates ARE used in the manufacture of this brand of Vaginal Ring Pessary as a softener and as they remain within the body for up to 6 months at a time, it is thought they release very small amounts of oestrogen as the Phthalates begin to break down.
This product is NOT suitable for women who have had oestrogen-dependant cancers where it is not appropriate to introduce additional oestrogen into the body.
