In the year it was launched, Hey Jude by the Beatles was No 1, and other tracks included Love is Blue by Paul Mauriat, Honey by Bobby Goldsboro, Sittin on the Dock of the bay by Otis Reading, The Good, The Bad and the Ugly by Hugh Montenegro and Mrs Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel
