Non Adhering dressing containing anti-microbial silver designed to go directly on the wound, suppress bacterial growth and using neutral triglycerides to prevent adhesion.
Needs to be kept in place using another dressing
Useful in patients where changing the dressing is painful
Suitable for infected wounds in areas of broken or delicate skin in elderly patients
This dressing does not absorb wound exudate and is therefore most suitable for delicate skin which is not infected and which you are trying to encourage healing
